Yoga day/Intake woes

Well, today was Yoga day. My balance was good today so I managed to do Warrior 3 without any serious problems. I'm still struggling on the half-moons, but those are RIDICULOUSLY HARD, so I'm not concerned--I'll get them eventually. I also have trouble with crane, but I read that keeping on is the only way to do it. No surprise there.

I'm having a tiny bit of trouble--I think I save too much intake for the evening! I find myself constantly having to eat carrots, a serving of whey, a cup of oatmeal, a condiment, a dairy, and a protein bar AFTER dinner! I have to figure out how to spread that out better throughout the day. Any suggestions?

  1. Take snacks to school and eat between classes...just graze on them all day.

  2. yeah i think jackie is right here, I think you need to eat your condiment, and mix some whey into your dairy in the morning, then eat your carrot and your protein bar at 10 and 11 respectively. It's how I manage it- otherwise I'd be eating 6 tons of food for dinner.

My routine is 1) eggs and toast with multi and fish oil at 7:45a, 2) cottage cheese at 9:30/10a, 3) 6 oz protein, 1 veggie, 1 serving almonds at 11:30a, 4) 2 protein and 1 fruit in a shake at 3:45, 5) reoery drink immediately after workout, 6) 2 proteins, veggie, carb 1 hour after post-workout drink, 7) the stuff I forgot to eat.

    I brought a protein bar and another veggie to school so I'll have them between 11:30 and 3:45. That means I'll just have oats, condiment (jam in the oatmeal), and a glass of milk tonight before bed, which is more reasonable anyway.
