I HAVE PECS NOW although they're difficult to photograph when you're as white as it gets. Also my arms and back are shaping up VERY nicely! As predicted, the abs area is still flabby, but I hear that's the last area to tighten up. It's only day 14, so no need to rush.
Anyway, check it out. I even took a close-up of my pec for you. A nice bit of skin on Easter--woo, I'm blasphemous.






I have a bit of cheating for Easter Dinner tonight (steak, and maybe a little dessert), but I'll try to post the nutritionals as close as I can get it. I'm aiming for as little cheating as possible.

I've been thinking about this long and hard. It took me a full month to see any results on my LOW calorie diet, now it's going to take a month to see results of this higher calorie diet, so it's just the drawbacks to being a woman, I guess.
I'm considering eating low carb through the week and carb loading on weekends once I switch to my pyramid training program- I think it might be the only way to get rid of this stubborn thigh fat.
Jackie: Thanks! Yeah, I'll be doing side-by-sides on day 1/28, day 1/56, and day 1/90. I'm thinking I'll let the ones in between just hang out by themselves :) I miss you too!
ReplyDeleteSister: Yeah, the steak and pie on Easter were cheat foods and bumped up my cals. The calorie count should be around 2500-2600 average. Gonna load carbs? Let me know how it works out for you--it sounds like a lot of work, but you know us. *eyeroll*
