Shoulders, arms, and abs, oh my!

Good god I love the arm workout. It kills you but the pump is highly encouraging. :) I'm feeling good and making my low gi whole wheat carb and lean protein as we speak!

More good news: I managed to gain 1 more pound. 136 now. Woo hoo!

I'm going to keep this higher-calorie diet and see what happens. Hopefully nothing but goodness, but we'll see.

    Went to the gym, got my pump on- you're right about the arms and shoulders, shit hurts, but it's awesome.

    Talked to Trish at length yesterday about me switching from vegan to eating meat again, it blew her mind. I tried to tell her how much of a difference it made. She kind of makes me mad a little bit- she's scared to do any real exercise, when we get together to do Jillian Michaels, which is admittedly hard, she barely does anything.

    I know she's capable of more. Sometimes I wish I had someone who lived close who was as in to fitness as I am, and didn't exercise at a gym like 40 minutes away from here.

    /le sigh. Move to Jersey already.
