Getting stronger!

I love the Arms/Shoulders/Abs day and this is only my second time.

When I can look down at my arm and see a bulge after working my butt off, that's INSTANT motivation to keep at it! I pushed more weight today than last time so I'm happy! One thing I had issues with was the one where you curl while you're crouched and your butt is on the wall, though. I didn't have trouble last week, but this week it was hard to keep form. Oh well.

I can notice than my left arm is definitely weaker than my right. curls and lifts on my right arm do seem much easier.

I ROCKED AB RIPPER TODAY. Today's the first day I really mastered that Roll-Up/V-Up Combo and got all 25. Great to see some progress.

  1. eh, Matty I'm feeling puffy. But, one must remember that it's not that hard to cut once you've gained some muscles.

    I'm thinking I'll start a higher calorie diet plus the step down workout routine in May. Add a day of cardio.

    Food today is the same as yesterday, but instead of a whole cake, I'll just be drinking the delicious bolthouse farms soy chai latte. 20 grams protein in that bottle. I only drink half, but there you go.

  2. I'm trying to add calories too.

    I think I'm able to get near my number if I add an avacado, 1/4 c raw almonds, and another serving of whey to my day.

    I'll talk to Lisa to see how she feels about that!
