Yoga was pretty awesome as usual. I'm still struggling with the moves right near the end of the first 45-minute segment where you do various movements while your feet are in runner's stance for a LONG TIME. Especially when you grab underneath your legs! I fall out of it every time. Hopefully I'll improve here, though. YOGA BELLY 7 IS STILL THE DEVIL.
Anyway, I love it and it's so nice to have it as part of my week now!
