Chest, Shoulders, Tris, Ab Ripper/CHEAT WEEKEND RESULTS

Back! The infamous cheat weekend wasn't THAT bad. I'm back on track now that I don't have Italian grandmothers to please!

First time doing Chest, Shoulders, Tris. TOUGH TOUGH TOUGH. I was a little hard on myself at the time but I know I'll do better. One step at a time.

Which things were the hardest? The one-handed pushups (I did wide knees), the pushups where you move your feet and hands side to side, and some of the weight things. I had sloppy form here and there even when I was trying to fix it.

Oh well, can't always be perfect and chugging along. The cheat foods and poor sleep certainly didn't help.

A note: I'm waiting til day 30 (Tuesday) to take photos. Expect them then :D

ONE MORE THING! I'm in PHASE 2 starting today! 3 carbs, 3 veggies, 1 fruit, 1 fat, 1 double snack, 1 recovery drink, 1 protein bar, and 6 proteins. Now my body will have the carbs it needs to burn burn burn!

Below is the food for the infamous cheat weekend. I had to improvise here and there because we went out and some sauces and dressings were unidentifiable. BEHOLD:

  1. lol not nearly as bad as my trip to Gia Ninas with Matt Christie and Rob (who was visiting from North Carolina)- I had 2 glasses of wine, a fruit and nut salad , admittedly on field greens, but with honey champagne dressing- and a personal wheat pizza with chicken, roasted red peppers and tomato sauce. So. So. good. I managed to stay within my target range as far as calories went, but only barely.

I goofed off as far as exercise goes tuesday and thursday last week, so I made up for it saturday and sunday- today I did the "light day" at the gym, and god, did it kill my shoulders. power shrugs AND shoulder presses.

Didja talk to Tom about the thing?

  2. Yeah, it sounded like he thought it was quite a good idea.
