I was concerned because I wasn't hitting the number of reps that I did last week on the first set of pullup/chinups on today's workout, but I brought it on the second half and got a few over each time to make up for it. ROAR
Is it bad that I LIKE the way ab ripper feels now? WHAT is wrong with me?!

Well I bought me some whey protein isolate from wegmans today- made sure it was no RBGH and all of that jazz. No one wants hormones in their whey. That's why we don't take soy, amirite?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to take a couple scoops of this on the weekend when I don't work out as opposed to eating clif bars; I'm trying to cut my calories from carbs in half. Let's see if I can do it!
Anyway, no- I love doing abs too. It hurts so good. But, tbh- my favorite muscles to exercise are my triceps- damn those hurt, and damn are they hard.
Remember that the few carbs you take in are in the morning and before/after workouts. Those are the times I've been recommended most often.
