Day 51, really? so almost 2 months- I guess I've been doing weights and a higher protein diet for maybe 3 or 4 weeks more than you. Nice! I can see plenty more definition. I guess the kicker is just to stick to your diet and try to gain steadily every week.
There's more definition in my abs- I was looking last night, and you can see the top most ones, to round out my "6 pack". Oddly, the definition came in my lower abs first. You can also start to see the separation in my arm muscles without me flexing. Oh, frabjous day. :/
It gives me hope that my body fat percentage continues to inch down at a snail's pace- too bad my thighs still aren't with the program.

ReplyDeleteI'm considering increasing my calories EVEN MORE depending on my weight situation. It seems I may have only gained 1 pound in 3 weeks.
