Well, it's going to be raining for a week straight. Fortunately, all my workouts are inside! Unfortunately, the lawn's going to be ridiculous when I get to it. Oh well.
Plyo was today. Great as ever! I sweat like crazy, of course. I'm following my workout with beef (GASP); deal with it. My 93% lean burgers with onion and worcestershire sauce are pretty healthy if you ask me. I make them 3 oz each and have two on whole wheat english muffins!
Anyway, I have to get ready for rehearsal. Have a good one!

Mmmm...your burgers sound delicious!!
ReplyDeleteFabulous. Last night I was running out the door to get to the gym at 4:30 to work out with a friend of mine, then I had to run over to my friend Trish's house to do some cardio afterward, but now I have these pills and powders to take, so I'm rushing out the door dry swallowing pills and throwing creatine in my coffee mug for lack of a better receptacle.
ReplyDeleteMy coworker calls me, and I'm backing out of the driveway, and I hit a turn a little too sharply, and the creatine goes everywhere- it's sticky and sweet, too, so I'm freaking out, trying to mop it up with old credit card receipts, crying over how i have no idea how much is left in the mug and my anabolism is down the tubes and my life is over- god, we are so related.
Hi Matt,
ReplyDeleteYou rock! You are really bringing it and it is paying off! Keep it up. :)
Jackie: They were definitely delicious and flavorful! Worcestershire sauce is very nice because it has practically no sodium or calories even though it has a nice sweet flavor. Unfortunately it does have HCFS in it! Moderation, moderation, moderation.
ReplyDeleteMissa: We are absolutely related--I'd lose it too! Remember last week when I couldn't find my shake? No worries sis, I'm sure you're good. You had some creatine later, right?
Lisa: Welcome to the blog and thanks for the encouragement! I miss hearing from you, but I know life is busy right now. Don't be a stranger! :)
