Back and Biceps does make you feel all pumped up afterward though, which is awesome.
I made more P90X pesto tonight and it was delicious as can be. Had to add earth balance to my oatmeal tonight and still barely got over 2800 cals. I think I'm going to have to add something else soon because it looks like I'm still maintaining my weight--I weighed 140 today. Not awful, but if I'm still 140 next week I'll add 100-200 cals.

To answer your question, my dear brother- no, I'm not cutting exactly- I'm trying to lower my BF% as always, and like I said, nothing drastic. Remember when we were talking about mixing up the diet during the week? slightly higher calories on workout days, slightly less on rest days, things like that? well, on the rest days, I've been considering lowering my carb levels slightly as well, hopefully it can help get rid of the fat around my thighs, it's just a test, you know? nothing severe. Just a scoop of whey instead of a Clif bar, which has 30 carbs, or eggs instead of kashi, which also has 30 carbs. Same calories, lower carbs.
