Plyo X/Nada mucho

Rather uneventful day today. I did plyo which went well and went to rehearsal. We'll be spending all day in PA on the rest day so thank god I set it for that day.

Other than that, it seems to be tough for me to get to my goal calories. Today I had a ton of whey to get to the amount of fat and calories that I needed. Ridiculous!

  1. LOL. Oh wow, I wish I had your problems, I really do.

    I think I need to take a couple of lower carb days. How many carbs are in a serving of your protein powder? There's like 30 grams in my protein bars, and frankly, if I can avoid that many in one sitting on the weekends, it would be beneficial, I think.

    My legs still aren't in great shape. I'm starting to despair. I saw this girl at the mall last weekend that had perfect legs, with no effort whatsoever, I mean, there were no muscle lines. It's that shit that makes me want to die. It's genetics, little brother, skin elasticity. Plus lets not forget, im turning 30 this year- I aint as young as I used to be. It takes a lot more for me to see good results, I guess.

    I need to start taking pictures. I think this is where it's going to get tough. I have to resist the urge to make drastic changes in my diet. Just small ones. no more sweet potatoes and cereal in the same day. No more bagels, period.

    Kill me.

  2. Each scoop of my protein is 3 carbs.

    Low carb IS tough. Why are you cutting them? Are you cutting now? I thought you were trying to gain some weight back.
