Back and Biceps/Hulk Smash

ROOOOOOOAR

I love this workout. My arms feel like they're about 50 pounds each from all the pump. Well, see you around; I'm going to go do some hulk-style smashing.

Going out to eat tonight for the first time in AGES. Noodles and Co! I'm getting a small whole wheat noodles with marinara topped with chicken. I didn't know that it'd be so refreshing to not have to cook tonight considering my love for cooking!

  1. Dude- not cooking is great! Plus, Noodles & Co = yummy nums, so it's not like you're sacrificing taste for health. Well, maybe a little bit.

    Heavy day at the gym today, not looking forward to it. I do squats all three days, and man- with the rain, my knees are PISSED at me from all the quad and hamstring work plus the plyometrics- I had to elevate the damn things last night and take an aspirin.

    I did in fact, get my creatine Monday- I take it 2x a day, once after my workout, once before bed.

  2. I just hope our hamstrings really improve after this. Mine suck so much. I'm hoping Yoga will get them in good shape so I can actually make my legs go STRAIGHT for Fifer Scissors and Heels to the Heaven. Right now they're so tight that my legs inevitably bend regardless of my efforts.

    It's funny how when you have so little fat in your foods you can taste it like WHOA. My pasta from Noodles and Company last night definitely had some EVOO and a little parmesan in the sauce and BOY DID I NOTICE.

    Oh well, it was delicious. No worries. I even have leftovers because I accidently got a regular size (2 cups).
