The official grocery list:

This is all I can eat! Behold:

chicken
fat free ham slices (do they mean lunch meat? I don't get it.)

And that's it--not straying at all unless I decide to make a recipe from the nutrition guide here or there (which is inevitable).

  2. Marinara sauce could be a dip for the veggies I guess...or you could get creative and make a fake-@ss chicken parmesan with the marinara and string cheese...

  3. I'm sorry, should've added pasta to the list. I can have it if it's whole-grain pasta. (1 cup to be exact.)
