For the record, my tuition went up by a little more than 700 dollars this summer. NO JOKE!
I'm bitter and angry, but whatever, it's not going to change. I'll just have to work harder to pay it off! Besides, doing the classes will get me earning more money at school so it's... worth it? Maybe. Still sucks!
Plyo was today. I worked it, man! I sweat like a freakin' beast. It's fun following Dominic and doing the double-time jump knee tucks.
Burger night--always brings the fat over 20%. I think I'll survive, heh.

So like this is a little unrelated, but I went to the gym yesterday, and I found myself eyeing every person that walked through the door, trying to figure out what kind of eating plan I would put them on for them to lose weight.
ReplyDeleteAnd, this morning, I was watching Good Morning America, and they had a English girl who had lost 200 pounds in 9 months or so at a fat farm in North Carolina, and the director of the camp's philosophy was low fat, they don't count carbs or protein.
I couldn't help but shake my head in confusion- the british girl parroted the concept that fat has 9 calories while carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram, so she's eating low fat everything, but her breakfast consists of a white bread bagel, smothered with fat free cream cheese and coffee with milk in it. White rice in her lunch- I cringed. I thought- people still eat like that?
